1. How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped directly from our warehouses, and we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 3-8 business days for your order to arrive.

Yes, shipping is free all over the USA.
3. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once you place an order, you will receive an AWB number (within 1 - 2 days). You can track your order on our Tracking Page using the AWB number provided. If you encounter any issues tracking your orders, please don't hesitate to email us at nextgenzi.store@gmail.com.
4. What happens if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?
All our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. In the rare event that an order gets stuck, is sent back, or lost during delivery, we apologize for any inconvenience caused! While the postal service is beyond our control, rest assured that because the packages are insured, we will promptly send you a new package with expedited shipping and full tracking, if feasible. 5. How do I return or exchange an item?
In order to process a return or an exchange, please contact us for a return authorization. We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of delivery. The returned items must be received in new and unused condition. We offer refunds/exchange only if the product is damaged or not working properly, and not in any other condition.
6. Can I cancel my order?
In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@nextgenzi.com. If the order has already shipped, we would be unable to stop the package.
7. Why is my order being shipped in different packages?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different warehouse to ensure the fastest delivery. Additionally, if an item is popular and on back order, we might ship your items at different times, in separate packages, to expedite delivery and prevent delays!
8. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive the return order, it will take 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your statement. If 3-5 business days have passed and you still don’t see a refund, please feel free to contact us at nextgenzi.store@gmail.com.
9. What are the invalid reasons for returns?
Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at NextGenzi. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order. Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order.
